SET-UP TEAM

We've created this package for the ultra-creative client who has crafted the perfect wedding team on their own, but is ready to hand over the final details and enjoy the celebration! Services, including correspondence, begin within 10 days of your event. Most importantly, you will have peace-of-mind knowing your event set-up is in our capable hands.

Final Venue Site Visit:

  • review client/venue floor plan
  • review client/photographer/caterer timeline
  • review delivery & transportation schedule

Day-of Hustle:

  • 2 set-up staff (up to 6 hours)
  • vendor liaison during set-up
  • placement of decorative props & client's personal items

Please note: event management is not included; our set-up team will depart prior to guest arrival or ceremony commencement.

This package is best suited for the client who has ample time to focus on their wedding plans by attending vendor meetings and various appointments, but needs guidance on who to hire, creating a cohesive look and wants to let it all go during the celebration! *Travel Fees

For events outside Palm Beach County, we will apply a $250 travel fee for each county away.
